  1. Your comment about the material and the manipulation being in "real time" is a good point. Interactive white boards provide the opportunity for the students and teachers to work together instead of the teacher handing down information and the students looking down at it. Even the upward movement is positive for education.

  3. Hi, Erika--you made an interesting point about the whiteboard recalling chalk boards and individual student slates--I can imagine the interactive graphics tablet (like iPads) used in a similar fashion in the classroom, with the ability to broadcast to each student's own tablet.
